A dedicated Special Orders Team provides personalized customer service for each Special Order, ensuring efficient and accurate fulfillment and a distinctive experience for each consumer.

Personalized Service
IBG FULFILLMENT’s experienced Special Orders Team works with you to understand all details of your custom order. A secured area in the fulfillment center is allocated to handling Special Orders. One designated person will manage each order from start to finish, ensuring order accuracy. If any uncertainty exists regarding the order or contents, a call to you will be made for confirmation.
Accurate Fulfillment
An approval process by IBG FULFILLMENT Special Order management will provide the final check for 100% accuracy before each order ships. Upon receiving your special inventory and orders, the Special Orders Team will:
- Route the items to the secure Special Orders Department at IBG FULFILLMENT
- Input the orders to include your special instructions
- Personally assemble each consumer order
- Ensure 100% accurate, on-time shipment
- Provide follow-up with each order to notify consumer of shipments via email
- Customized orders establish your brand equity and increase club membership

To place a Special Order:
- Contact your Account Manager to inform them of your Special Order (SPCL order).
- Your Account Manager will discuss and understand all details and timing of your Special Order.
- A program specific to your needs will be designed giving instructions for order placement and inventory delivery as well as an execution plan for receiving, assembly and fulfillment.
- A $5 additional fee will be charged per Special Order.
