150,000 square foot, climate controlled, automated fulfillment center located in American Canyon close to Napa.	Inventory is stored in either a forward pick location ready for the picking process, or a reserve stock location.
Shipping labels are applied on each box along with collateral and packaging then assigned to a bar-coded tote.	Totes are scanned and automatically moved along the conveyor system to pick, pack and shipping locations.
Pickers scans the tote for order information then scan the proper items to be included in the shipment.	Packages are scanned onto pallets associated with a final destination or loaded directly nto a carrier truck.
