New Vine Logistics Acquires Wrap-It Transit

Consumer-direct fulfillment leader significantly extends wine logistics and supply chain services

NAPA, Calif. -- New Vine Logistics, a leader in consumer direct fulfillment and supply chain solutions for the wine industry, today announced the acquisition of Wrap-It Transit, an industry leader in wine fulfillment and storage. With over 25 years in the wine industry, Wrap-It Transit is a trusted partner for shipping wine and related merchandise directly to consumers, as well as providing wineries with transportation services. Together the companies offer unprecedented full-service consumer-direct logistics services – adding new capabilities to New Vine Logistics’ existing suite of order fulfillment and compliance management services. Wrap-It Transit will continue to operate independently for the next 90 days until the transition is complete.

As part of the acquisition agreement, Wrap-It Transit’s President and CEO, Ted Apostolou will join New Vine Logistics as Executive Vice President of Business Development, leveraging his expertise in wine transit, fulfillment and logistics. The acquisition firmly establishes the combined companies as the industry leader by adding new transportation services and volume, to New Vine Logistics’ 140,000 square foot state-of-the-art fulfillment center.
