NEWVINEONLINE UPDATE: CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
On Monday, August 24th, you will see some changes and improvements to NewVineOnline, our web portal to access all of your account information.
Here are some of the benefits that NewVineOnline provides:
- Available any time day or night
- View product information
- Check compliance by state by product
- See detailed order information
- Manage weather holds
- Track delivery attempts
- Get real time inventory status
- Run financial reports
WHAT IS STAYING THE SAME:
- Login using the same NewVineOnline link found in the top right hand corner of the New Vine Website.
- Your login name and password will not change. If you have forgotten or need to setup an account or password, please contact your assigned Specialist.
- You account information and data will remain the same.
WHAT IS CHANGING:
- NewVineOnline will have a new look and feel. The same page links and reports from the previous version will be available.
- On the Products page, the "Inventory Status" search window now contains a optional checkbox to exclude items which have no inventory at the Fulfillment Center.
- PTO SKUs will no longer be listed on the "Inventory Status" report. A PTO (Pick To Order) SKU is made of up of individual components but is submitted on an order as one SKU. The individual components will be listed on the "Inventory Status" report.
- The Finance page will have new simplified report names along with descriptions. The behavior and content of the reports remain unchanged. In the coming months, significant improvements will be made to coordinate with new invoices and statements.
