NEW VINE HAS RESUMED OPERATIONS AS OF JUNE 11TH. Our full suite of services are available: orders processing and validation, inventory receipt, compliance as well as information on NewVineOnline. Please email your assigned Client Service Team with any questions.

ORDER CUT-OFF TIMES HAVE BEEN UPDATED:

  • Overnight, 2Day and 3Day orders received before 12:00 noon without any obstacles** will be processed and shipped the same day.
  • Ground orders received before 12:00 noon without any obstacles** will be processed and shipped the next business day. Ground orders received after 12:00 noon without any obstacles** will be processed and shipped the second business day.
  • Starting June 22nd we will be shipping 3Tier orders on Thursdays only. 3Tier orders without any obstacles** received by 12:00 noon on Wednesday will ship on Thursday.
  • **An obstacle involves an order that is held for any reason (weather, funding, insufficient inventory, dry zip code, quantity limit, price posting, COLA, etc).

NEW VINE WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAY, JULY 3RD, IN OBSERVANCE OF THE JULY 4TH HOLIDAY.
